Possibly, Yes. Probably, no. It's completely situational. Due to the unpredictable photo-reactivity of white ink, it will be completely up to the artist, who will have to take factors such as design, skin pigmentation, and body location into consideration. Be cautious of fresh Instagram photos. White ink tattoos can often look great at first but after a few months, white pigment can either turn, yellow, light brown, or best case scenario, be difficult to see.
Instead, white ink is great when using it in contrast with black ink and/or darker colours. It can effectively accentuate details within a larger piece or compliment the existing colours altogether.
In our experience, less than 20% of designs requested in white will be deemed suitable or safe for execution. We will however, be happy to suggest other ways to achieve the same feel that you want without resorting to white ink.
